How will we communicate with you while planning our vacation?

We will work with you in whatever way you choose. For our initial

meeting we like to meet in person or speak on the phone. After that, some people prefer a phone call, email or even text. We respect your time and preferences and will help plan your trip in whatever format you prefer.

I'm ready to book, what information do you need?

If you are traveling internationally, we will need to have all travelers names as they appear on your passports and all travelers dates of birth. If you are traveling domestically, we will need all travelers names as they appear on your government ID and all travelers dates of birth. Typically, packages can be held for 24 hours. Most require a small deposit with final payment due 45 days prior to travel. However, this is subject to change based on your package details.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Yes! We offer travel insurance and highly recommend it to all clients.

Pricing for insurance is based off the ages of the travelers and the package price.

Can you help with booking a timeshare or can you book my hotel and flight using miles?

No. Unfortunately, we can not help with timeshare reservations nor can we book hotels or flights using your points or miles.

Do you charge a fee?

Yes. Depending on the type of vacation, planning can be quite involved and complex. There are many moving parts and it can be very time intensive. It requires research to provide you with the right recommendation or proposal based on availability and your preferences. We work as your dedicated advocate before, during and after your trip.
